Booked it for 1 day and had a nice experience. We loved lobby, it was comfortable. Booked airy room that was cleaned. The staff was absolutely amazing and informative, everything was excellent.

Lovely breakfast and extremely friendly staff for absolutely amazing stay. Non-smoking soundproof room with an elegant bathroom. Impeccably clean hotel with an efficient business location. Lovely garden and great pool.

Absolutely gorgeous room in a simple location, memorable stay overall. Awesome view, a great balcony, quiet bed, too. The staff were thoughtful. Daily service was helpful too.

It was fabulous time in Charlotte. Breakfast was exceptional and there was plenty of food to choose from. Soft beds, attractive room, ornate furniture. Interesting design, nice service in the entire hotel.

Even though the staff we met were not particularly friendly, we truly enjoyed the hotel.

Absolutely stunning rooms, breakfast was GOOD. The view from my room was superior. Efficient service, lovely restaurant on site. Fab location in a lovely historic area. Apart from that, Newell Baptist Church was 15 minutes away by driving.
